Browser Support​

Holition Beauty's virtual makeup engine (FaceSDK) depends on modern Web APIs, and the AR experience depends on access to the device camera to operate. Therefore, the compatibility of the web-app is limited by the capabilities of the user's browser and device.

Here are the minimum specifications required to operate Neo Beauty Studio:

  • Apple: iPhone 7+, iOS 14+, Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+
  • Android: Android 12+, Android Chrome 90+, Android Firefox 90+
  • Microsoft: Windows 10, Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+
  • WebGL: 1+
  • Tablets: iPads 10th Gen+

Camera Access​

To use Neo Beauty Studio, the user must grant the web-app access to their camera. Upon initialization, the browser will display a pop-up asking for permission to access the camera. Without camera access, the virtual makeup experience cannot be operated.
